Programming

First, before we talk about programming, we need to define training. Most people that go to the gym aren’t training; they’re exercising. Exercise is physical activity performed for the effect it produces today – right now. 


Each workout produces a stress that satisfies the immediate needs of the exerciser: burning some calories, getting hot, sweaty, and out of breath, pumping up the biceps, or maybe stretching. 


There isn’t anything inherently wrong with exercising and most people are perfectly happy exercising. However, once you begin aiming at a definite performance objective, training is necessary.

Technique and form assessments

Proper technique prevents injuries. Without fail, it is better to lift at a lighter weight with good form than it is to lift as heavy as you can with sloppy form. Be patient—over time you'll find you'll increase the amount of weight you can lift with good form

Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting coaching

If you’re looking to maximize your snatch, clean & jerk, squat, bench, and deadlift (aka your ‘Supertotal’) or just the basic fundamental lifts of squat, bench, and deadlift then you’re in exactly the right place. The coach is going to show you exactly how you can train the lifts simultaneously whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level lifter.

 

  • Powerlifting Coaching rate is $100 a month which includes being on our team with Isaac as your coach and programming. Contact Isaac for any questions. 


  • Weightlifting Coaching rate is $100 a month which includes being on our team with Isaac as your coach and programming. Contact Isaac for any questions. 


  • For $125 a month, you get all of the above mentioned plus 1 one on one session a month. 


  • For $150 a month, you get all of the above mentioned plus 2 one on one sessions a month.

For $175 a month you receive online coaching which entails programming and weekly analysis of the squat, bench, and deadlift.

SPACE COAST STRONG TRAINING CAMP

Train with exceptional strength coaches who will guide you through advanced programming designed to build strength and power for athletes ages 14 - 18. 


The Space Coast Strong program is a strength course created to teach athletes along the Space Coast of Florida the proper way to lift weights, build strength, and generally tear up the weight room.
